This is resulting in household rubbish being left uncollected for weeks at a time and the current service is unacceptable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\"> \u201cMany residents have reported serious problems with the service and the company has used a range of excuses, including difficulties with the tagging system, to justify why they have failed to lift a bin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u201cAs a public representative I have found their level of customer care non-existent. I have tried to contact the company on a number of occasions on behalf of my constituents and have been given the run around. My inquiries have been passed from one person to the next and have gotten nowhere. No member of management is ever available and a range of excuses are used to explain their refusal to cooperate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">\u201cGreyhound\u2019s claim that it had not missed collections is disingenuous and does not reflect the reality of the situation. Confusion over bin collections has created chaos in South Dublin with bins of uncollected rubbish creating a potential health hazard.
