Crowe Welcomes Green Light for LUAS<\/p>\n

Dublin South West Sinn F\u00e9in TD Se\u00e1n Crowe has welcomed today\u2019s announcement by An Bord Plean\u00e1la that the LUAS City centre link up is to proceed.<\/p>\n
Deputy Se\u00e1n Crowe said:<\/p>\n
“This is a good news story for Dublin and for those who have commute in and out of the City centre for business or pleasure.<\/p>\n
“Integrating the City’s public transport system makes common sense and benefits businesses, citizens and visitors alike.<\/p>\n
“Today’s long awaited ‘green light’ for the LUAS BXD project will also hopefully bring much needed employment to the City.<\/p>\n
” An additional benefit will of course\u00a0 be the linking up of the City centre line with the new proposed Dublin Institute of Technology Campus at Grangegorman.<\/p>\n
