Dublin South West TD Se\u00e1n Crowe attended 20th Anniversary of\u00a0Our Lady\u2019s Hospice Coffee Morning in Harold\u2019s Cross today. Coffee mornings were held by Hospice supporters all over the island to raise much needed funds for the\u00a0 vital work they do. <\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking after the event Deputy\u00a0 Se\u00e1n Crowe said:
<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI was delighted to attend the fundraising event for\u00a0Our Lady\u2019s Hospice Coffee Morning in Harold\u2019s Cross with Councillor M\u00e1ire Devine.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCan I\u00a0use this opportunity\u00a0to congratulate\u00a0\u00a0all\u00a0those associated with\u00a0this and other\u00a0events organised today,\u00a0throughout the country.The event in Harolds Cross\u00a0celebrated its 20th Anniversary and I \u00a0am hoping it has help\u00a0raise a\u00a0significant amount\u00a0of money to complement and support the fantastic work of the Hospice Service. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Hospice provides specialist care for people with a wide range of needs from rehabilitation to end of life care. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was great to personally meet many of\u00a0the hospice\u2019s staff, volunteers, patients and their families. It is very clear to see that the hospice offers a very important wide range services to its patients, and the staff and volunteers\u00a0carry out\u00a0amazing\u00a0 work in difficult circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cUnfortunately the Hospice Services\u00a0like other key medical\u00a0supports\u00a0\u00a0is in need of vital funds to continue their valuable work. I would encourage anyone unable to contribute today to organise their own events\u00a0and support of this worthy cause.\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n

”\u00a0Today\u00a0marked the 20th<\/sup> Anniversary\u00a0\u00a0but anyone\u00a0can organise a coffee mornings at any time in your home,workplace or your community,\u00a0with friends and family, to fundraise in support of the Hospice\u00a0Service.<\/span><\/p>\n
