Speaking today, Sinn Féin TD for Dublin South West, Seán Crowe said:
“Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael are two parties that have stood over and allowed the worst crises we’ve seen in housing and health for a generation.
“Sinn Féin want to change that.
“I reject the idea that Leo Varadkar and Micheál Martin can tell our voters they are second best and not good enough.
“In government, Sinn Féin would deliver the biggest public housing building programme in the history of the State, bring about real change in the health service, and give families and workers a break.
“We want strong and healthy communities where no one is left out or behind.
“No family should have to pay a second mortgage for childcare or for providing their children with an education.
“Sinn Féin have the alternative and real solutions. We are the party that stands with workers and families, that champions fairness and equality and that works hard in our communities every day to build a better Ireland.
“We are the only party with a chance to stop the politics of Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil in the next election, and we believe there is a fairer and better way.”
