The Dublin South West TD said:

“I am shocked today that the news of another shooting in our city this morning. Reports say a bystander was injured in the shooting and taken to hospital. I wish them a speedy recovery.

“There is no room in our communities for this kind of violence. It is to be condemned in the strongest possible manner and I call on anyone with information to contact the Gardaí or relevant authorities.”
